The above Rental Fees include a non-negotiable cleaning fee. Even though this cleaning fee is included, the PAC must be left in the state of cleanliness that it was found before the event (excludes mopping and cleaning of restrooms). See PAC Rules and Regulations for more details.
A Security Deposit, in the amount of $100.00, is due at the signing of the Rental Agreement and is NOT part of the Rental Fee. (In the case of a Funeral for a current parishioner, a Security Deposit does not apply.) See PAC Rules and Regulations for all information regarding the Rental Deposit, including the return and/or withholding of the Deposit.
for wedding receptions / anniversaries / quinceneras: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; for all other events: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Parishioner’s 4 hr. rental times should be discussed with the Rental Coordinator.)
**If the Renter exceeds the designated 4 hr. rental time of the Holy Family Room, Renter will be required to pay an additional $25 per half hour of occupancy, which will be due before vacating the premises. And, if the kitchen is used for more than just 'coffee and sink use', the Renter will incur an additional $25 fee, which will also be due before vacating the premises.
Rental Fees and Deposits, which are reviewed by the Parish Activity Committee, are subject to change without notice.
